Kelli A. Grover
P.E., Principal Engineer
Kelli A. Grover is a registered professional engineer in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana with over 25 years of experience in civil and water resources.
Kelli has a strong background in working both with and for government agencies. Early in her career, she worked for a public agency managing storm and sewer capital improvement projects. With this background, she has chosen to focus Firwood Design Groups’ work on the public sector.
From a young age, Kelli was interested in entrepreneurship. Before she left elementary school, she’d already cut her teeth running a produce stand and a candy and candle store. She was so inspired by her first employer, a female engineer with her own firm, that when the opportunity to take over Firwood Design Group appeared, she jumped at the chance!
Currently, she is the contract City Engineer for the City of Rivergrove and the engineer of record for Government Camp Sanitary Sewer District and has served as the City Engineer for the now unincorporated City of Damascus and interim City Engineer for the City of Yamhill.
Kelli is an expert in stormwater and water resource regulations, modeling, and infrastructure designs. With this expertise, she has developed stormwater master plans, and designed water quality treatment systems. Furthermore, Kelli is well-versed in Green Infrastructure (GI) design for stormwater.
Kelli believes that the most inspiring part of her job is being able to provide reliable infrastructure that helps promote a safe and well-designed service for the communities we serve.
When Kelli is not working, she is doing myriad outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, golfing, biking, boating, and fishing.
